How We
Was Founded

The story of Sole Consulting began in 2020, when Dominika Danihelová started working independently as a translator and interpreter for notarial acts, business negotiations, and administrative processes.

It gradually became clear that clients from abroad needed more than just language support. They needed a guide who understands both systems and can connect them.

Based on these experiences, Sole Consulting was established in 2021—a brand that brings together translation, consulting, and intermediary services as one comprehensive offering.

Today, Sole Consulting provides complete assistance with buying real estate in Italy, from searching and communicating with real estate agencies, all the way to signing at the notary and subsequent administrative steps.

Our vision is to bring clients certainty, trust, and a personal approach so that every step of their investment in Italy proceeds smoothly and safely.
